This extremely healthy tea, full of antioxidants, will help you get to feeling better quicker after a cold.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Berry Patch Farm Elderberry Syrup
  • 1 C Boiling Water
  • 2 tsp Honey to taste
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon or 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 Lemon Slice or Lemon Juice optional

Instructions
 

  • Boil Water
  • Add syrup to water
  • Add honey
  • Add Cinnamon or stir with cinnamon stick
  • Add lemon / lemon juice if desired
  • Sip and enjoy
